Guilty (グルティー, Girutī) is Ikki's Master on Death Queen Island. His identity is unknown because he always wears a mask.

Chronology

He teaches Ikki to draw power from hate and to provoke Ikki into hate. He killed Esmeralda and just before he died, he revealed to Ikki that Mitsumasa Kido fathered 100 orphan children (only in the manga) and Ikki is one of them. That provoked Ikki to go in a mission of hate and kill everyone related to Mitsumasa Kido.

In Saint Seiya: Tyme Odyssey, it was revealed that Guilty's name was Jorge and that he was the Fornax Silver Saint. One day, he was summoned to the Sanctuary by the Pope who ordered him to train the future Phoenix Saint with harsh trainings focused on hate and resentment. Jorge refused himself to do so, being at first tortured by Cancer Deathmask and then, subjugted by the Pope. The latter imposed Jorge to wear a mask, giving him the name Guilty. Becoming a traitor to the Sanctuary's eyes, Guilty was wounded by Capricorn Shura, but he still managed to return to the Death Queen Island to fulfill his destiny: training Ikki.

According to Saint Seiya Taizen, the mask he wears is the seal of the Death Queen Island and his task was to prevent the Black Saints from exiting to the external world.

Moreover, in the Hypermyth, present in the Cosmo Special artbook, it was stated that Guilty was an envoy of the Sanctuary strong enough to keep the Black Saints at bay, but not very powerful because it would be a problem for the Sanctuary itself to deprive themselves of him.
