Wesda (ウェスダ, Uesuda) is the leader of the Jaguars, a priest who is a conduit between humans and the sun. He seeks to seize Scorpio Kardia's heart and use it as an offering to the sun. Worshipper of the sun god Tezcatlipoca, the enemy of the Quetzalcoatl, the snake god. He is also interested in Carbela, whom he has chosen as his consort. Wesda stabs Kardia in the heart with his Obsidian Fang (黒曜石の牙,Kokuyōseki no Kiba), also known as Tlachtli Fang (生贄印（トラコトリ）, Torakotori, to ensure he will be able to seize the Saint's heart.
